When modelling at what point do your categories of "Knowledge workers", "Task workers", "High performance worker" get identified / defined and on what basis?
e.g. Are you creating your own definitions in advance of modelling? (and then running a model per your categories of user?
I'd be interested to know what yout definitions of "Knowledge workers", "Task workers", "High performance worker" actually are!
